TexTape Srl Italy is the national and international leader in the production of natural and synthetic rubbers, PVC and silicones for machines in the textile, dyeing and knitting industries. TexTape Srl was founded in 1981 in Varese, by the brainchild of Adalberto Colombo and two other partners. 

Subsequently, in 1987, Mr Colombo became the sole director of the company, relocating its headquarters to the industrialarea of Milano Nord in a 950 m2 factory. The company soon became a benchmark for all Italian textile machinery, specialising in the coveringof textile machine cylinders for a wide range of applications from weaving to finishing. 

In 1995, a new challenge began for the company, expanding to the rest of the world. Having received an incredible amount of interest at the ITMA95 trade fair in Milan, TexTape decided to set its sights on the foreign market as well, and within only three years managed to establish an efficient network of distributors, stretching from New Zealand to Chile.
